Notes
1. Minimum rental period is for 7 nights.
2a. Less than 7 nights, if available, will be calculated using
the additional night rate.
2b. Full weeks up to 28 nights will be calculated using the
weekly rate.
2c. Monthly rates start from the 29th night. Nights over 29
will be calculated on a pro-rata rate, except holiday periods,
which will not be discounted.
3. All rates are subject to Florida Sales / Tourist Tax @
10½%, unless expressly defined.
4. 20% deposit required to confirm
booking.
5. All rates are inclusive of all utilities, linens/towels
& final cleaning.
6 . Maximum occupancy is 6 persons + 1 infant.
7. Infant cots, high chair, rollaway bed hire $38 per week. |
